Wade Thompson

My name is Wade Thompson, I played on the Adam’s Tour for 2 years and graduated from the Golf Academy of America in 2014 with a master certificate in club repair and instruction. I also am certified in Sam Putt Lab, Trackman and V1 video software. I worked as an assistant pro at The Woodlands Country Club in The woodlands Texas. While working there I was able to shadow world class instructors like Kevin Kirk and Alan Hode. Once I realized I wanted to teach full time I started teaching for Hank Haney in Dallas and gave hundreds of lessons a month. I got my Callaway teaching certification while working there and ran the entire club repair facility while teaching there. I have been building and fitting golf clubs for as long as I can remember and am beyond excited to be a part of the HG team!
